What we collect

We store your name, email address and encrypted password when you create an account. Instructor applicants also provide their country, specialty, portfolio link, experience and confirmation of content rights. Contact requests include your name, email and message so our operations team can review and respond. Please do not upload identity documents or financial account details here.

How we use it

We use this information to maintain your account, review instructor applications and prepare the learning service. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Sign-in uses a self-hosted ALTCHA proof-of-work check. The challenge and verification are processed on our server, expire after five minutes and cannot be reused. No ALTCHA Cloud service is contacted. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

Storage and your choices

Account information is stored on our server in South Korea, with access restricted to authorized operations staff. We retain account and application information while your account remains active or its review is ongoing. You may request a copy, correction or deletion through our contact form. Security logs may be retained for investigating abuse. Backups are removed according to the server's backup rotation.

Future payment and translation services

Payments, identity verification through payment partners and AI subtitle processing are not active in this preview. Before those services launch, we will publish the applicable partner details, data transfers, retention periods and choices. No course files are sent to an AI service in this version.
